If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges within UK
If your item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair or replace them without additional charge, or alternatively provide a full refund. We shall also accept liability for the cost of the return where these costs are within reasonable expectations. Alternatively, we can arrange for collection with one of our courier partners.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If for any reason you need to refund or exchange an item, please send us an email quoting your order number to email@example.com. You can also reach us via phone or mail stated on the website “Contact Us” details.
Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping will be paid by us if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
We do not accept liability for the postage of international orders returned to us because of sizing issues or if the buyer deems the product unsuitable.
